All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Vershima Art or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

3. Products & Availability

We strive to display the colors and details of our artworks as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery services for all purchased artworks. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Vershima Art is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the delicate nature of artwork, all sales of original pieces and custom commissions are final.

For prints: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Custom Commissions

Custom artwork requests are subject to a separate agreement discussed via our communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp). A deposit may be required before work begins, and final payment is due upon completion before delivery.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
